So while I'm on the subject of small body parts, how about a small animal? This is Thumbelina (creative name, eh?), the world's smallest horse (both living and in history), measuring in at a whopping 17.5 inches tall. According to yahoo, this picture was taken in October '06 and she's 5 years old.
I'm posting mostly over at Quirky Cookery right now, where I play with my food and teach you to have fun with it, too. Come check me out?

I feel very sorry for this horse. she's so disproportionate, and she's really dwarf-y.
also. her legs are crooked. she will not be able to walk properly in awhile. doing regular horse stuff (eg, galloping, being out with other horses) isn't possible for her. she'll get hurt.
Hope the owners know what they're doing.
