No, this isn't where I live....the original picture where 'I' found it was tagged "geneve" with no description or anything, so I'm curious as to where it was taken. It certainly looks like something we've got going on outside, though, with the exception that ours was a blizzard first. That means there are several inches of snow and 'then' the layer of ice. Brrrrr.
